Le Bonheur Now Available

American renaissance woman and vocal superstar Storm Large presents her first major release with her new band Le Bonheur, available worldwide October 7 on Heinz Records. Le Bonheur (French for “The Happiness”) draws inspiration from a rich and varied musical tradition; Storm shares her vision of a genre-free world, collecting songs born of French theatrical chanson, jazz standard, heavy metal, smokehouse lounge, and a handful of originals, and stitching them all together into her own singular sonic tapestry to create an unrestrained and impassioned exploration of love, desire, and truth.

  1. Was turned on to you and your music via some Portland friends. Got the latest CD last week and have been WEARING IT OUT ever since! Fantastic stuff–love EVERY track. Seeing you at Joe’s Pub tomorrow night–can’t wait. I haven’t been this excited about a new artist (well, new to me) in a very long time.

Thank goodness for my Portland buddies. And for Storm!

  2. Dear Storm-
I bought your very excellent new CD at the Aladdin show, but it skips & jumps all over the place.
Can’t afford another $20-may I send it in for an exchange?
    YOU are an awesome songstress!

  3. I just got this this past week, and its wonderful. Thank you for your take on Sacred Love. The whole lp is great but that one is special.

I am wondering if there is any plan to re-release your catalog, since this is the only Vinyl release. This is the only title available as a matter of fact, cdb seems sold out of ladylike and crazy enough. (I have the CDs but vinyl would be great!)

    Thank you for being you.

  4. Hi Storm
I’ve been following you since your performances on Rock Star Supernova, and love your voice. Have also recommended you to friends in New Zealand. Love to see you your there!
All the best to you. Kia kaha. Stay Strong!

    1. Was fortunate enough to see Storm perform in Christchurch and got to meet her and the band after the show way way back in 2007. Good times! Be nice if she were to come back at some stage.
